I got braces for my son Denis at this clinic, and we had such an amazing experience. His teeth were very crooked before, and the results have honestly been incredible. We are so happy with the progress! The whole team is so kind, professional, and caring. They always make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Such an amazing clinic with an incredible staff — we truly recommend it to everyone! 🤍

The schedulers and front office staff greet you by name upon entrance at Columbia Orthodontics. Dr. Croft and his team are wonderful. They are diligent, professional, and always friendly. They take care to listen to concerns and questions and address them accordingly. Dr. Croft came in for a non workday “braces emergency” during my treatment which was commendable. The result is wonderful and Dr. Croft has remained positive and thorough with each appointment thereafter. I absolutely recommend Dr. Croft , his team of assistants, and Columbia Orthodontics. :) Additionally, they have 3 locations and rotate their staff accordingly per weekday. Parking is ample.

They are all very professional and welcoming. My daughters love the incentives (coins) for a reward and she always looks forward in coming in to get her braces fixed by friendly and accommodating assistants.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. My daughter completed her braces treatment and we were told everything was done. Just weeks after removal, while flossing normally, her molar fractured. This raises serious concerns about the quality of the treatment and final evaluation. Routine checkups every six weeks felt rushed and careless. Most of the time, the orthodontist simply glanced at what the assistant had done and said “okay, everything look good , see you in six weeks,” with very little direct assessment. Several visits resulted in my daughter’s gums being hurt by assistants, followed only by a casual “sorry, my bad,” which is not acceptable when working on children. Overall, this felt like assembly-line care rather than attentive orthodontic treatment. This has been our worst orthodontic experience, and unfortunately we still have another child currently in treatment here with Invisalign. I truly hope her experience turns out better, which I doubt since every time she is expecting the trays it happens that it will take so long because the lab blah blah , but based on what we’ve seen so far, I would not recommend this office to other family .

We are very happy with this orthodontic office. They are doing an amazing job with my daughter’s teeth, and we’ve already seen great improvement. The staff is professional, caring, and always takes time to explain everything. My daughter feels comfortable at every visit, which means a lot. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care.
